Characterful base for 1 night. Amicable staff members during the night shift. Well sized room, renovated bathroom. Paid £ 34. Very central location, just a short walk away from Igrexa de San Telmo.

The room was spacious and well-lit with a balcony, and the wake-up service was a nice touch, the location was convenient for exploring all the places we wanted to visit.

I greatly enjoyed the stylish hotel.
Everything was really good from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and bright room. The location right at city centre was good and unbeatable. It was across the great area. No complaints whatsoever, the hotel exceeded high expectations.

Everything was very good during 1 day, enjoyed its particularly good and unbeatable location adjacent to the fort in Valencia as well as old city centre. The breakfast for most tastes...

We've stayed at this hotel twice. First in a double room (we were 2 people) and then as we were 3 people, in an apartment with one room and, with an extra bed (sofa-bed). first one was a very simple room, uncomfortable beds, bad mattresses, clean and bathroom updated. second time, good everything, apartment wide, clean venue, comfortable.. first time we had breakfast and it seemed very poor, so the second time, we did not. times we had dinner on the terrace and it was very nice, attention was excellent and food too. pool is very good. attention of the staff, too. location is very good, close to everything. facilities in general are outdated. wifi didn't work either time, nowhere in the hotel. I think that the stars do not correspond, price with what is the reality, for a weekend where the occupation is high, you can go.

It is actually a very well located hotel and there is parking space nearby. You can walk to any area and enjoy the city without having to take the car. breakfast was very good, varied. pool was great, it's very clean. They offer you towels to use in the pool. There were even bathrooms with private showers if you want to get dressed there. staff is very friendly and polite. room is very spacious and very clean, it also has a safe, air conditioning, large bathroom with shampoo and shower gels, plenty of hangers in the closets and extra pillows.
- The beds could have been more comfortable, but they were good for a night's stay. For more days I doubt it. - The furniture is a little deteriorated, but nothing serious. - The blinds are very heavy and noisy, at night they bother if someone thinks of lowering them. - I didn't have a small fridge to keep fresh water or a snack.

The man on the front desk the morning we left was very helpful and attentive.
Staff unhelpful regarding food and drink. Barman told us the bar was closed and there was no food until 9:00. No food until 9:45. Staff very laid back. Layout of building was odd and confusing.

Great location, super convenient just a hop away from the town center. Easy to get around and explore. Looked a bit run down, though. 🏨

The hotel was well situated just of the portoguese camino the restaurant area outside was lovely
The pool was closed for maintenance .we were a group of 15 doing the portoguese camino (some going home the next day some continuing on ) and were looking forward to chilling at the pool . A simple e mail letting us know would have been sufficient. The manager was extremely nice and very apologetic and organised some complementary drinks which was definitely a very nice gesture

The photos of the garden and pool area only apply to the 'summer season'. It was disappointing not to be able to access anywhere outdoors in spite of excellent weather. The wifi does not work. Don't advertise wifi access if it doesn't actually work. The lounge area with the nice furniture and view of the countryside was locked outside of mealtimes. Confined to my room without wifi. Not impressed.
